Carcavelos Beach

Carcavelos beach, with more than 1kilomenter wide is considered one of the most perfect beaches to enjoy a relaxing day with great weather conditions.

This beach is also considered an ideal beach to practice several aquatic sports as during winter it usually supports strong waves making it the perfect stage to host many championships as bodyboarding competitions, surf, voleyball and football.

Near this extensive beach you might even find a promenade with many restaurants and bars of every type, open until later hours.
