Primely located in Lisbon’s centre, Chez'Ana is a 10-minute walk from the Chiado, the city’s historical downtown area. The apartment features a furnished terrace with a small green area.

The living room comes with sofas and a cable TV. The equipped kitchenette has a counter with stools, which serves as a dining area. The unit also has a balcony with views over the city.

Guests may cook their own meals in the kitchenette or venture out to eat in the nearby city centre. The Lisbon centre and the Chiado feature various restaurants, cafés and eateries.

Bairro Alto is a 6-minute walk and is the city’s main bar and nightlife spot. Alfama is a 7-minute drive and is renowned for the Fado houses, where guests may watch a Fado concert while enjoying Portuguese tapas. The iconic São Jorge Castle is a 9-minute drive away.

The Avenida Metro Station is a few steps from the apartment. Lisbon International Airport is an 18-minute drive from the Chez'Ana. An airport shuttle service is available, at an extra fee.

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Please note that 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged on the day of booking. The remaining amount will be charged in cash upon check-in. Please inform Chez'Ana - P. Real in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
