Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that the credit card requested in the reservation process is merely to guarantee the reservation. Payment is due upon check-in, in cash.

Guests must pick-up the keys to the apartment at the Welcome Centre, located in Lisbon.

Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00, guests should go directly to the apartment and follow the instructions that will be sent in the confirmation voucher. A late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).

For guests travelling by plane, train or bus, the property offers a direct shuttle service from the airport/station to the apartment without needing to go through the Welcome Centre. Guests will receive an email with the voucher, the Welcome Centre address, prices of the transfers and instructions on how to request it.

Guests will be requested to provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in. Please inform Feels Like Home Alegria Art Gallery in advance of your expected arrival time.
