New Boutique is a set of 3 elegant apartments situated in the Pombaline Downtown historical area of central Lisbon. Featuring panoramic views of the city, these apartments come with free WiFi and located just 300 metres from the Rossio Square.

Set on an 1882 building, each apartment is equipped with high quality furniture, and some have air conditioning and TV. Apartments offer a living area with a double sofa bed and a dining area. The private bathrooms have a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries.

A fully functional kitchenette is available for guests wishing to prepare their own meals in the comfort of their accommodation. Alternatively guests may prefer to visit the great variety of restaurants within walking range serving national and international cuisine and within various price ranges.

In the evening guests can visit the trendy nightlife areas of Bairro Alto or Cais do Sodré. The pedestrian shopping Rua Augusta Street is just 200 metres away and the historical Alfama neighbourhood is an 8-minute walk away. Lisbon International Airport is 6 km away.
