It is less than 500 metres from Clérigos Tower. Each unit was recently refurbished and is stylishly appointed. A flat-screen satellite TV are included, as well as a bathroom. Some offer Cathedral views and others a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen comes with kitchenware and a 4-seater dining table, in addition to the necessary appliances to prepare meals. The surrounding area is rich in restaurants, cafes and snack-bars. The well-known Ribeira district is 15 minutes’ walking from Porto Downtown Studios, featuring an array of riverside summer terraces with street performers. The Porto Wine Cellars are across the river. Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport is a 40-minute metro ride, from the Bolhão Metro Station, located less than 10 minutes’ walking.
