This bright and spacious villa is spread across two floors and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and a tennis court. The scenic Sintra centre is a 5-minute drive away from the Refuge Holiday Homes - Wooden Villa.

The villa features open-plan areas for the living room, kitchen and sleeping areas. It can accommodate up to 8 guests in the mezzanine. It has a computer and a cable TV, along with comfortable sofas and wide views to the garden and terrace. The unit includes a private bathroom with free toiletries.

Guests are welcome to cook their own meals in the equipped kitchen at their disposal, enjoying them in the bright dining area. The nearby Sintra centre has a number of traditional eateries and restaurants available, along with several cafés and bars.

The Pena Palace is an 18-minute drive while the Sintra National Palace is an 11-minute drive. The iconic Moorish Castle is a 19-minute drive away. Lisbon International Airport is 25 minutes away by car from the Refuge Holiday Homes - Wooden Villa.

Please note that the 50% deposit of the total reservation amount must be paid by bank transfer on the day of booking. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at the time of check-in. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
