Canhão’s proximity and its artificial reeves, make Nazaré to be the ideal place to practise scuba diving. Its charming, unexplored seabeds will make you fall in love. Within them, you will find surprising and typical life species from the area.

Nazaré houses several companies that will allow you to dive being supervised by experimented professionals. These companies have several diving offers, also nighttime ones. Furthermore, you will be able to rent the necessary equipment in case you do not have it.

If you are planning to practise scuba diving and want to hire one of these companies’ services, it is highly recommendable to book it. They usually charge fees if you hire it on the same day.

The price is around 60€ if you rent the equipment, and around 30€ if you do not.
