Anjos Teixeira Museum, Sintra
Visit this beautiful museum Anjos Teixeira which exposes some of the best contemporary sculptures involved on the mystic environment of Sintra.
Museo Anjos Teixeira ©István PozsonyiThe Anjos Teixeira museum is located near the Volta do Duche and it’s dedicated to expose sculptures from the Anos Teixeira masters (Son and Father).
The pieces from this famous sculptures are classified among the naturalism and realism styles and mostly explore the human and animal anatomy, work and labour, freedom, professions, feminine figure, religion and other motives in an unique way which won’t leave you impavid.

From 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 6pm
On the weekends and holidays it is only opened from 2pm to 6pm.
