From this beach you might observe the Barra Lighthouse, the Barra bridge and even walk through the promenade which delimites the entrance to the Aveiro river.
The Barra Lighthouse is the biggest lighthouse in Portugal, the second in the iberian peninsula and one of the 26 biggest on the world.
The Barra beach has its own historic centre where you might find shops and commercia spaces with all you might need during your holidays in Aveiro.
