The old Jerónimo Pereira Campos (Fabrica Jeronymo Pereira Campos) factory is considered one of the best examples of industrial architecture, in red clay, from the XX century.

Nowadays, this old factory functions as an important convention, shows and conference centre of the region, also hosting some public services.

In front of the old factory, in order to promote this area, an artificial lake was built surrounded by pathways where you might walk, ride your bike or practice any sport.
