The Livrería Lello e Irmão bookshop, also known as Livrería Chandron, is located in the historical area of Porto, very close to the Torre dos Clérigos tower.

It’s a historical bookshop built in 1869.

Its current building was erected in 1906 and it still keeps its façade with Modernist and Neogothic details.

From its inside, it’s worth noting the stair connecting its two floors and the ceiling’s stained glass projecting light and life to all the room.

This bookshop was used as set for several films, among them some of the Harry Potter saga.
