Medieval Fair in Óbidos

Don’t miss the Feira Medieval in Óbidos on your holidays in this area of Portugal in July.

The fair and market are some of the most waited for events in Portugal. The fair is located in the area of the castle, next to the west wall.

The fair includes live shows, justs, lots of drinks, and tasty recipes of pork roasted in skewer. Besides it also offers unique opportunities to climb the city walls with a rope and harness.

This event is highly regarded in Portugal and attended by lots of people, many of them dressed up in medieval clothing. Those who attend dressed up, can waive the entrance fee of 7€.
