Please note that as of the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Please note that a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. This payment is made by PayPal or bank transfer. Akisol Chiado will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 150 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the apartment.

Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.

Please note that not all the apartments are in the same building.

Please also note that no extra guests are allowed.

Please note that from 10 November 2015 to 30 June 2016, there might be works on the building, between 08:00 and 18:00. No interventions will be done inside the apartment.
