Please note that a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. This payment is made by PayPal or Bank Transfer. Property will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in.

If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.

Available daily cleaning (except Sunday) with added cost of EUR 25 per week. Please inform Akisol Porto Star in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
