Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Isiferias - Avenida Tomas Cabreira- Edificio Rocha Praia Mar, 8500-802 Portimao. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests are kindly requested to collect keys in the building next door from the Rocha Praia Mar office (Isiférias). Please note that bed linen is changed weekly, and bath linen 3 times per week. Guests are requested to contact the property upon arrival in Portimão using the telephone number on the booking confirmation. Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform Apartamentos Torre da Rocha of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking. Please note that Torre da Rocha reserves the right to charge a refundable damage deposit upon check-in. The minimum deposit amount is EUR 50 and the maximum amount is EUR 100. Please note that guests checking-in after 18:00 are charged EUR 25. Please note that iron, kettle or toaster should be asked at the reception if not available in the room.
