Located in a renovated building, the property offers accomodation in a duplex apartment and an apartment with access to a small furnished terrace. All units come with a kitchenette, private bathroom, living area with sofas and a flat-screen TV.

Guests may prepare their own meals in the equipped kitchenette at their disposal. Alfama is renowned for its Fado Houses, where Portuguese tapas are served while Fado concerts are going on. Several traditional restaurants are also available within a 5-minute walk.

The unit is a 7-minute drive from the Lisbon centre, in Marquês de Pombal Square. Bairro Alto is a 10-minute drive and is Lisbon’s main nightlife hotspot. Chiado is an 8-minute drive and has various shops, cafés and restaurants. The apartment is 200 metres from the Fado Museum.

Lisbon International Airport is a 15-minute drive away from the Building Of Poems. Santa Apolónia Train and Metro stations are a 10-minute walk away.
