Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests under 14 years old are only allowed during Easter school Holidays (from 18 April until 29 April) and between 15 July and 31 August. Prices do not include access to the Detox & Relax Wet Area Circuit nor to the Longevity Vitality Activity Plan daily group activities. Access to the Detox & Relax Wet Area Circuit and to the Longevity Vitality Activity Plan daily group activities has an additional charge, and is limited to guest with minimum 16 years. The frequency of the shuttle service from the hotel to Vilamoura varies depending on the season. Please note that in all our rates the prepayment of the total reservation price will be charged before the arrival date. The credit card used to confirm the reservation and an identification document (citizenship card, passport) confirming that the guest is the cardholder of the credit card used to confirm the reservation, must be presented at check-in. Should the guest staying at the hotel not be the same person as the holder of the credit card used in the reservation, then the guest must send to the hotel before arrival date a written authorisation signed by the cardholder, authorising the hotel to charge the card, together with a copy of the credit card and copy of the passport or identity card that confirms the cardholder’s signature. If the guest is not the cardholder of the credit card used to confirm the reservation, and/or if the above documents are not sent to the hotel confirming the cardholder’s authorisation to charge the card, the hotel reserves the right to not accept the reservation, or to cancel the reservation, or to charge the total reservation price to the guest at check-in.
