This trendy apartment is located at the heart of the historical Chiado, in downtown Lisbon. Recently renovated, Chiado Belle Epoque overlooks the main square and still maintains its charming original features.

Air-conditioned apartment, overlooking the historical Chiado area and Camões Square. The living room comes with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen cable TV and a Nintendo Wii gaming console. The bright private bathroom includes a hairdryer and free toiletries. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area. Free WiFi is available.

Guests of the apartment may prepare their meals in the full kitchen at their disposal. Meals can be enjoyed in the bright dining area. Alternatively, Chiado has various restaurants available, most under a short 5-minute walk from the unit. A bakery is located on the ground floor of the apartment’s building and supermarkets are within 100 metres.

Bairro Alto is Lisbon’s main bar area and is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The Rossio is an 11-minute walk. The Santa Justa and Glória Lifts are both within 500 metres of the apartment. The Chiado Metro Station has an entrance just 100 metres from the unit. Lisbon International Airport is a 17-minute drive from the Chiado Belle Epoque.

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Please note that 50% of the total reservation amount stay must be paid on the booking date, by bank transfer. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of arrival, also by bank transfer.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 350 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the apartment.

Please note that there is a cleaning fee of EUR 45 per reservation.
