Chuva de Prata includes 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bath, shower and bidet. The living room feature a flat-screen TV (guest must bring the box to connect). Linen and towels are provided. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen or the barbecue available. Alternatively guests can visit the restaurants located within 150 metres. For supplies, guests can go to the mini-market at a 5-minute walk. This apartment is situated in the north coast of the island 10 Km from the Madeira International Airport. Reis Magos Beach is just a few minutes’ walk. Palheiro and Santo da Serra golf courses are at 15-minute drive.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Chuva De Prata in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that from the 1st of May 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 18 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 5 per guest. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that the 100% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. Chuva De Prata will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in.
