Please note that as of the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

The check-in at the office, from 9:00 to 18:00 (Monday - Friday), is free of charge. The check-in at the apartment, from 9:00 to 18:00 (Monday - Friday), costs EUR 30. The check-in outside of this time frame and on weekends costs EUR 35.

Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 25 is not included in the room rate and is payable directly at the property. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
