Please note that as of the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Please note that to confirm your reservation request we will charge 50% of the total amount of your booking by credit card. The remaining amount will be charged 48 hours before check-in.

For reservations made until 1 week before arrival the total amount will be charged by credit card.

Please note that the property reserves the right to charge by credit card any damages caused during the stay.
