Overlooking the ocean and the village of Ericeira this complex offers 2 self-catering apartments with accommodation for 6 persons each. Design Apartments features an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi in all areas. Each air-conditioned apartment includes 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious living room features a balcony with panoramic view of the sea and comes with a satellite TV, sofas, a fireplace and a DVD player. Guests can cook their own meals using the fully-equipped kitchen or the barbecue facilities by the pool area. The living room has a dining area with windows overlooking the surroundings. Alternatively guests can try the fish specialities at the restaurants in Ericeira 1 Km away. Design Apartments provides an airport shuttle, a daily maid and laundry services. The apartments are accessible by elevator and are decorated with modern stylish furniture. Ericeira is considered a World Surfing Reserve, a place where guests can enjoy surfing every time of the year. Along the coast guests will find a great variety of surfing spots and beaches. Lisbon Lisbon International Airport is 45 Km away, as is the Lisbon city centre. The historic city of Mafra is at a 13-minute drive.

Please inform Design Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the 50% of the total amount charged on the day of booking must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. Design Apartments will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 150 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that an optional cleaning service is available, upon request, during the stay for an additional EUR 50. Final cleaning is included. Please note that the apartments are on the ground and first floor of the same building. Guests with preference to book one of them in specific can use the special request box to do it. This is subject to availability. Room rate includes bath linen and one pool towel. Bed linen and bath linen change is included for stays over 7 days (change day will be arranged and set on the date of arrival). A laundry room is available in the basement for use of the guests, at no extra charge. Laundry detergent is complimentary. Sightseeing tours can be organized, upon previous request. Touristic brochures are provided at the apartments. Transportation from the airport can be arranged, upon previous request and at an extra fee.
