In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 40 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the DU4ARTE guest house has a partnership with a hotel located at just 200 metres. At an extra fee, guests can use the gym, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, Turkish Bath and sauna. Please note that the reception opening hours during Summer (June, July and August) are from 10:00 to 10:00 and during Winter (October until May) are from 10:00 to 17:00. Please note that check-in time is from 14:00 to 19:00. Please note that any changes or booking cancellations must be done prior to the check-in. Your reservation can not be changed during the stay and the amount is not refunded. Please note that the shared kitchen and dining area is available between 9:00 and 21:00 during June and between 9:00 and 23:00 during July and August. Please note that after July 1st 2017, lockers for luggage storage are available before check-in and after check-out, for an additional EUR 3 per day.
