House of Books Apartment is a 3-bedroom unit located in Lisbon, 3 minutes’ walking from Santos Train Station and 10 minutes from Cais do Sodré. It features free WiFi access and a huge variety of books.

This air-conditioned apartment includes 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a living room equipped with a flat-screen cable TV, sofas, and a dining area. One of the bathrooms is en suite; the other has a shower, a bath and a hairdryer.

Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. In addition guests can visit the restaurants within a few minutes’ walk serving international cuisine as well as traditional Portuguese cuisine.

The area has a number of bus stops, and Lisbon International Airport is 12 km away.

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Please note that the 40% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 150 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the apartment.
