Please inform House of the Sea in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the 20% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in. Please note that check-in after 20:00 has an extra charge of EUR 20.
