Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Please note that reception is open from 11:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sundays;

Please note that check-in before 11:00 and after 20:00 are not allowed. We are not responsible for any delays on arrivals after 20:00 due to flight timetable changes or others. Guest can pass by the reception to leave luggage after 11:00 free of charge;

Please note that the usual check-in timetable for all the rooms is 15:00;

Please note that Lisbon4u does not have an elevator and the rooms are distributed throughout several different floors. Therefore Lisbon4u is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Please note that Lisbon4u does not provide daily cleaning of the rooms. The rooms are cleaned before check-in, but not throughout the stay.

Please note that you are booking a room in a student guest house and therefore we are looking for guests with ages between the 17-27 years old. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Lisbon4u in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
