Lux Tavira Residence is a set of 31 villas facing 3 adult and 3 child outdoor salt water swimming pools.

Lux Tavira Residence’s air-conditioned accommodation all feature a private bathroom, flat-screen cable TV, fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. Also included in the modern and spacious units are a balcony and a terrace, along with views of the pool, gardens, sea, mountains and city. Free WiFi is available.

The Lux Tavira Residence is a 2-minute walk from a supermarket, restaurants, bakery and pharmacy. It’s a 5-minute drive from Tavira city centre, which has many restaurant options, serving local fish and seafood-based gastronomy.

Lux faces the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, which has many walking paths and is the home of animal life such as chameleons and flamingos. Located in the tranquil village of Luz de Tavira, it features many cycling trails and is an ideal spot for birdwatching. The environmentally-friendly Lux Tavira Residence is a 5-minute drive from Barril Beach, located in Tavira Island. Several golf courses are available within a 10-minute drive.

Villas at Lux Tavira enjoy access to 3 adult and 3 child swimming pools, all facing the units’ front gardens. The complex offers free private parking.

It is a 35-minute drive from Faro International Airport. The Spanish border is a 30-minute drive and Seville city is 1.5-hour drive from Tavira Residence.

The changing of towels and linen is only available for stays over 7 days.

Please also note that check ins from 19:30 to 21:00 have an extra cost of EUR 35. After that time, the cost of the late check in will be EUR 50. Check-ins are unavailable from 23:00 onwards.

Please note that baby cots are available at an extra cost of EUR 7.50 per cot, per night. Please inform Lux Tavira Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
