Terrace 36 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Distant view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, cot for up to 2 year olds. Reserved parking. The bunk beds are only suitable for children.

Open kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine.

For shared use: natural state grounds 30'000 m2, swimming pool (5 m diameter, 01.01.-31.12.). Motor access to the house (600 m via unmade road).

Grocers 400 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Praia da Luz" 1 km. Golf course 1 km. There are horses and dogs at the property. The beach is 1 km away by bicycle or 2 km away by car.
