Located in the heart of Lisbon and close to everything, Principe Real Deluxe by RE is an air-conditioned apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 floors, featuring free WiFi in all areas. With accommodation for 6 persons, Principe Real Deluxe by RE features a living room with fireplace, piano and flat-screen cable TV. The first and second floors have access to terraces and two bathrooms are available. Guests can prepare their own meals at the fully equipped kitchen located on the first floor and enjoy them in the bright dining room. Alternatively guest can have a taste of traditional Portuguese cuisine in the restaurants within 500 metres. A shuttle to the Lisbon International Airport, situated 9 Km away, is available at a surcharge. The lively Bairro Alto, located at a 9-minute walk, is the perfect place to go out at night and enjoy some beverages. At a 20-minute walk is Cais do Sodré, a Metro and Train Station that can connect guests to all the interesting places in Lisbon.

Please inform Principe Real Deluxe in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that as of the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. The property will send an email after booking with key pick-up and deposit payment instructions. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has an additional cost of EUR 30. Guests should contact the property in advance with their estimated time of arrival.
