Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required 6 weeks prior to arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days from chack-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the property accepts payments by bank transfer. PayPal and Visa payments are also accepted but with an extra 3.5% fee. Please note that the 25% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid via bank transfer or Paypal. The remaining 75% must also be paid by bank transfer or Paypal, up to 45 days before the date of check-in. The property will contact guests with further details.
