Please inform RocaBelmonte in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. As the reception is not available 24 hours a day, guests should notify the hotel of their arrival time in advance. Please note that towels are changed every 2 days and sheets every 7 days. Please note that for groups with reservations of 3 rooms or more, different prepayment options may be applied. Please be advised that credit card details must match with the reservation holder. In case of prepayment, the credit card used must belong to the reservation holder and must be presented at check-in. Non-compliance with this, a new payment will be requested. Different policies apply for group reservations (more than 3 people).
