The property features an outdoor swimming pool and its units are a 10-minute walk from São Rafael Beach. The São Rafael Holidays provides accommodation in luxury villas, in apartments and in double rooms in a guest house. All air-conditioned units come with a private bathroom and also have a satellite TV and free WiFi. Some feature Atlantic Ocean views. Guests of the apartments and the villas are welcome to prepare their meals in the comfort of their own kitchenettes, which feature all the necessary utensils and appliances. The guest house's guests will be able to enjoy a daily breakfast in the meal area. Local restaurants are available within a 2-minute drive from the São Rafael Holidays. The communal outdoor swimming pool features sun loungers overlooking the garden area, where guests can relax following a refreshing swim. There is also a bar, which serves refreshing drinks and cocktails. Albufeira is a 10-minute drive and the famous, cliff-surrounded Falésia Beach is a 24-minute drive from the property. Several quality golf courses are available within a 5-minute drive away. São Rafael Holidays is a 45-minute drive from the Faro International Airport.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sao Rafael Holidays in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for group reservations with 3 or more rooms, special conditions and additional charges may apply. Guests booking Non-Refundable Rates should inform Sao Rafael Holidays of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking. Please note that in compliance with the Portuguese Law, it is absolutely necessary the presentation of an official identification document (Passport, Identification Card) of each and every person (adults, children, babies) at check-in. Failing to do so, the check-in won’t be able to follow through and the cancellation policy will apply.
