This Albufeira city centre apartment features one bedroom, an open-plan kitchenette and a central location less than 5 minutes’ walking from Pescadores Beach. Free WiFi is provided in the Point 0 Apartment. The unit has a balcony with a table and 2 chairs, allowing guests to enjoy a meal outdoors. The living room has a sofa bed and a flat-screen cable TV. Though compact, the kitchenette includes all the necessary equipment to prepare meals. A microwave and refrigerator are included, plus coffee maker, blender, toaster and juicer. The rooftop terrace of the building has barbecue facilities and is shared. A large selection of restaurants, and lively bars, pubs and nightclubs can be found within 5 minutes’ walking. Albufeira Marina, featuring boat tours and a small selection of dining options, is 2 km away. Algarve Shopping Centre is 10 minutes’ driving from Point 0 Apartment. Faro International Airport is 45 km from the apartment through the A22 motorway, located 6 km away.

Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Rua Sophia de Mello Breyner, Lote 41, Loja 1, 8200-084 Albufeira. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. Early check-out before 7:00 and late check-in after 22:00 have an additional cost of EUR 40. Final cleaning is included. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 250 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
