T1 Point 1 is a self-catering accommodation located in Albufeira, just 500 metres from the popular Old Town area. Pescadores Beach is 550 metres from the apartment. The living room comes with a TV, sofas and a dining table. It opens to the balcony, where guests can enjoy a drink or a meal overlooking Albufeira. This 1-bedroom apartment also comes with a private bathroom. Free WiFi access is available and the building also offers a rooftop terrace. Guests are welcome to cook their own meals in the equipped kitchenette. Alternatively, the nearby Old Town central square is surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and eateries. Albufeira’s Old Town is packed with popular bars, lively nightclubs and tourist-friendly shops. Oura beach is 3.3 km away and its waterfront area is well-known as the Oura Strip, site of various bars and restaurants. Falésia Beach is 12 km from Point 1 apartment, while Faro International Airport is located 45 km away.

Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Rua dos Tordos, Quinta da Belavista Lote 20 A Loja 5, 8200-127 Albufeira. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. Early check-out before 7:00 and late check-in after 22:00 have an additional cost of EUR 40. Final cleaning is included. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 250 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
