The Funchal Type II holiday home features a communal swimming pool. Located in Funchal Ridge overlooking the town and bay of Lagos and situated close to Praia da Luz in the Algarve. It is situated on a hill with sea views, only 3 km. from both the sandy beach at Praia da Luz and the historic town of Lagos.

There are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has 2 single beds and the other bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The living room includes a TV, radio, CD player and a fireplace.

There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven and washing machine. In the house there is Internet access. Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.

There is a bus stop just 300m from Caracóis with regular services to nearby Lagos and Praia da Luz. Within a five minute drive of the Funchal Ridge you will find six or seven different beaches.

The neighborhood also offers a lot of sporting facilities including various water-sports, riding and golf. The new Quinta da Boa Vista golf course is only 500m away.
