Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment of the full stay must be done at check-in. Please note that the property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to guests' check-in. Please note that bookings for 4 or more rooms, special conditions will be applied. If canceled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled later, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Please note that the reception is closed from 00:00 to 07:30. The check in is normally until 21:00 but it is possible until 00:00. After that period, the reception is closed and an extra fee may be charged.
