Located in Olhão, in the Algarve, the Villa do Sobreiro features a tennis court, garden and an outdoor swimming pool. This ample villa also features a children’s playground, exercise equipment and a stocked games room. The ample 5-bedroom villa has a living room with a flat-screen cable TV, CD player and sofas. The unit also includes free WiFi access. There is a fully equipped kitchen, storage area, dining room and 4 bathrooms. All bathrooms feature a hot tub. Guests may cook their own meals in the large equipped kitchen and enjoy them in the bright dining area. Meals may also be enjoyed al fresco, in the terrace. The Olhão centre is a 7-minute drive away and features a variety of restaurants. The region is well-known for the quality of its fish and seafood dishes. Between July and September, guests may enjoy the complementary use of a boat, ideal for taking trips to the many islands that surround the area. Free bicycles are provided for guests. The unit also comes with a games room that includes billiards, table tennis equipment, darts, air hockey and a pinball machine. The green areas of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, as well as the riverside, are a 4-minute drive away. The beach, at Faro Island, is 18 km away. The Olhão Train Station is a 7-minute drive, while the Faro International Airport is 16 km away from the Villa do Sobreiro.

A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
