Located in Albufeira, 400 metres from the Oura Beach strip, Villa Oura is a 3 storey house with an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by garden. It includes private parking for 2 vehicles.

With capacity for 8 persons, Villa Oura includes 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. A bathroom is available in each floor and 2 living rooms with TV and sofas are available. The living room on the bottom floor opens to a fully equipped kitchenette.

Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette or the barbecue facilities available outdoors by the pool. In addition guests can visit the restaurants serving fish and seafood specialties within 500 metres.

Villa Oura's privileged location allows guests to be a few minutes’ walk away from many amenities, services, cafés and bars. Air conditioning is available in some bedrooms and in the living room of the ground floor.

The Aveiros Beach is a small beach between cliffs and is situated 700 metres away. In addition guests can also visit the Old Town of Albufeira and the Pescadores Beach 2 km away. The nearest golf course is 2 km away and Faro International Airport is 33 km away.

Please note that a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to ensure the reservation. This amount must be paid via bank transfer or PayPal according to payment procedures which will be sent to the guests, by email, after booking.

The remaining 50% will be paid in cash at the time of check-in, along with the security deposit. Payment for this amount can also be made via bank transfer or PayPal upon previous request, at least 3 days before the date of check-in.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 500 is requested upon check in.
