Please note that the 30% of the total amount charged on the day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. Villa Silva will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer up to 30 days prior to arrival.

A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that Internet service is available, upon request, and is charged EUR 25 per week.

Up to two children under 2 years can be accommodated on a cot/crib and will be charged EUR 7,50 per person per night.

One older child or adult can be accommodated on an extra bed and will be charged EUR 15 per night.
