Please note that the 30% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. Vivenda Sacramento will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in.

If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. Please note: Check in after 22:00 has an additional charge of EUR 20.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.

Final cleaning is included. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
