Each unit of the Waterside Village by Luz Management Services has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and an indoor and outdoor dining area. The village’s restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Lagos fishing village is 15 minutes’ driving from the houses and offers an animated nightlife. Sagres, a surfers’ paradise, is less than a 30-minute drive away and features plenty of surf schools. Faro International Airport is 1-hour drive away, and the A22 motorway is around 10 km away offering access to all Algarve.


A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that linen and towels will be changed every 3 days.
