Please note that as of the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Payment can only be done in cash. The accommodation asks for your credit card details for a pre-authorization to guarantee the reservation.

Please note that late arrivals are subject to the following surcharges: - From 23:00 onwards: EUR 30.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.

Guest are kindly asked to call the property 1 hour before arrival at the property.

A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
