From this viewpoint, located between Anjos and Arroios, you might observe a wonderful view over the city to the Tagus River and, on the north, see Sintra Mountain.
To reach this viewpoint you should exit on the metro stations of Anjos or Arroios, or even catch the bus 107 and climb to the Penha de França Square.
