Praia de Quiaios Beach, also known as Palheiros da Tocha, is one of the most visited beach by surfers, who choose Figueira da Foz as their destination to practice this exciting sport.

This beach is characterized by having a large sandy area, which melts with the horizon of the Serra da Boa Viagem Mountain Range. The sea here is usually quiet, and with a temperature of 18º in summer and around 14º in winter, which provides the ideal conditions for a family holidays.
