Praia do Salgado Beach is located in Famalicão, Nazaré, in the South of the municipality and in the North to Praia São Martinho do Porto Beach, in the West region of Portugal.

The sandy area of this beach is around 6 kilometres long and 100 width.

The main access reaches until the centre-south zone of the beach, where houses, cafés and parking can be found. The Southern part of the beach has a rocky area where scuba divers and fishermen frequently are .

Serra da Pescaria and Praia do Salgado are unique spaces for nature and open-air sport, especially for paragliding. Its wild landscape makes the area a privileged one.
