This beach has been stage of several different international surf championships and, due to this reason, it’s a very popular beach among surfers.
This beach is located between the pretty natural landscape of Ericeira. It has medium extension of sand space and wide sized waves. We recommend your precaution while bathing as you might feel strong currents.
Ribeira d’Ilhas has several facilities and equipments which make it a desirable spot for tourists, specially surfers, as dressing rooms, showers, bars, free parking and others.
