Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 100 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 80 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the 25% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. Casa Pescador will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in.
