The unit features a garden, furnished terrace and an outdoor swimming pool. The 5-bedroom villa is spacious and includes 3 bathrooms. The unit is air conditioned and its living room includes a flat-screen cable TV, DVD player, iPod Dock and sofas. The full kitchen includes a handy dishwasher and there are 2 dining areas, one indoor and one on the terrace. Guests are welcome to cook their own meals in the full kitchen at their disposal, which comes with all the necessary utensils. The famed Oura Strip is 2.5 km away and features various restaurants, cafés and bars. The Albufeira centre is within 3.8 km and its Old Town centre is a popular tourist meeting point. The villa is also within 7.9 km from the renowned Falésia Beach. The nearest golf course is 2.8 km away. Villa 715 - our Albufeira holiday retreat is a 34-minute drive from Faro International Airport.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. A prepayment deposit of 35% of the total amount via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The remaining amount must also be paid via bank transfer, up to 30 days prior to check-in. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. Please note that the change of linen and towels is done every 7 days and only on weekdays.
