The Menhir de Outeiro, also known as Penedo Comprimido, was sculpted between the early 4th millennia and the middle of the 3rd one b.C. It is a vast monolith with phallic shape lying in isolation but in harmony with the natural surroundings.

The menhir was discovered lying on the floor in 1969, and is actually listed as National Monument.
