Madalena is a 25-minute drive away and features a harbour with boat connections to Horta city and to Faial Island. Cais do Pico features boat connections to all the islands in the Azores and is a 24-minute drive away. The property is 50 metres away from a natural swimming pool. The centre of Pico is a 13-minute drive and features several local shops, cafés and restaurants. Lajes do Pico is an 8-minute drive away.

The property is 26 km from Pico Airport. Airport shuttle services are available, at a surcharge.
